Your satisfaction matters to us. If you happen to receive a product from Rangrezaa that is defective or incorrect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. To start an exchange, kindly reach out with your order number along with video proof highlighting the issue.

For claims related to damaged parcels, missing items, or wrong deliveries, it is important to record a video while unboxing your package to provide valid evidence.

Exchanges for incorrect products will only be processed if the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. As our products are sensitive in nature specifically perfumes and skin care we cannot offer replacements for those that have already been opened or used.

• Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear video evidence of the issue.
    * Kindly dont message us if you dont like the scent. We wont be able to cater such queries for exchange

• To request an exchange for a damaged, missing, or incorrect item:

• Our support team will review the request and confirm if it qualifies for an exchange.

4. Refunds

• Please note that we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
• Only product exchanges are available as per the conditions stated above.
